“I already wax, why not stick with it?” Strictly speaking income, threading beats waxing 10-to-1. The overhead is super low, you basically just need a spool of thread! If that didn’t have you searching for that “sign-up” page, let’s talk contraindications. When offering waxing services, whether you use hard or soft wax, you have to ensure the safety of your client. After all, skin and hair health should be our number 1 concern.
Contraindications are all the reasons someone may not be a great candidate for waxing. But, when it comes to threading that’s just not the case. Anyone and everyone can get threaded. Since it’s similar to tweezing the hairs, there’s no exfoliation or trauma to the skin. (If performed properly 😉).
So, not only can anyone get threaded but you’ll also be saving money while creating beautiful brows. Those benefits are pretty enticing, but I also love threading for so many other reasons. It doesn’t have a preferred length of hair as waxing does. It’s also a built-in ruler to ensure those lines are crispy, clean, and even from top to bottom. I could go on and on about why I love this technique and once you learn it, you will too!
